We are hiring Kitchen Staff
Part-time, approx. 20 hours/week, $18/hour plus gratuities
Job Description: You will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations to support the winery tasting room including food and beverage prep of small bites menu (dips, charcuterie plates, cheese plates, snacks, etc.), batches of sangria and wine cocktails, and platters for private functions and events. On weekends, you will prepare food orders and deliver to customers in the tasting room.
Other responsibilities include: train new kitchen staff, grocery shop / food orders, follow food safety procedures (SERVSafe Training), stock and organize inventory and maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen.
Kitchen and food handling experience necessary.
Time Commitment: Availability two weekdays (Wednesday - Friday) and two to three weekend days per month. There is the opportunity to work extra hours at private events.
